In June 2021, T200 officially launched the LIFT and LIFT+ program with a new cohort of exceptional women leaders in technology. T200 launched LIFT as an organization for women in any technology position and LIFT+ for those women ready to take take on their first C-level role. This inaugural cohort came together virtually to kick off the program and to network with each other. During this kickoff, T200 and LIFT were able to introduce themselves, join Slack, volunteer for future activities, and start engaging with the community.
Moving forward, the LIFT and LIFT+ group will have monthly events to educate and create connections within the community. Each member will have easy access to each other and to the CxO T200 women for advice, support, and feedback.
We look forward to engaging with this bright and eager new community and we look forward to the amazing experience they will be bringing to the table.
