Women CXOs in Tech launch LIFT to elevate next generation women in tech leadership.
In 2017, we came together, as a small group of C-suite women in technology roles to support and inspire one another. Our ultimate goal was to collectively advance women in technology leadership positions across all industries, globally. This was the birth of T200, a tech community that now spans the globe with over 160 members, consisting of some of the most successful and innovative C-level women in technology. Our members lead operations, technology, digital, information, AI, and cybersecurity at some of the most remarkable companies in the world. We have a keen awareness of record low numbers of women in technology careers and our group focuses on helping and supporting one another.
On International Women’s Day, we are pleased to announce the launch of T200 LIFT. LIFT is a mentor program, created by women, for women and is designed to elevate and nurture the next generation of women C-Suite leaders by mentoring, sponsoring and providing networking opportunities. The T200 team is committed to lifting the next generation of women leaders in tech “This will be the mark we leave behind on the industry, it is our legacy of societal scale; our footprint in the sands of time” says Suja Chandrasekaran Senior EVP, Chief Digital and Information Officer Common Spirit Health.
Some recent LIFT mentees include:
- Salumeh Companieh, Technology Executive – CIO-Corporate Solutions, Cushman and Wakefield
- Grace Hansen, Digital Strategy Transformation, Stellantis
- Aditi Agarwal, Chief Technology Officer, Pizza Hut Digital Ventures
- Nabarupa Banerjee, Head of Product for Trust and Safety, Airbnb
Collectively, these members have already made their mark on the digital world of technology and are primed for success at the next level of executive leadership. The launch of LIFT will create a bench of women, like
these digital and technology leaders, who have the potential, knowledge, and skills to be the next generation of C-level leaders.
