Our chartering organization has requested assistance in the unloading of the trailers and some set up June 16 at 5:00 pm. There will be one more evening that week setting up tables and chairs also -- the time to follow.

Please contact Mr. Bussell ASAP so he can give a count to ICC and K of C.
