Campfire ignited Worthington State Park fire
A poorly tended campfire burned 250 acres of forest in Worthington State Park this weekend, according to an article in the New Jersey Herald. It's a close-to-home reminder of why it's so important to follow fire safety rules. This is an area our Troop and patrols visit frequently -- it would be a shame to lose it because of someone's carelessness.
